I’m a Project Manager and PMO professional who leads cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. I coordinate the people, timelines, and dependencies a project needs to move forward, and I naturally look for ways to fix the processes that make that harder than it should be.

When priorities are unclear, I focus on understanding the current situation, identifying dependencies, clarifying ownership, and creating an executable path forward. Ambiguity becomes manageable once teams share the same understanding of the work, the risks, and the next steps.
